A video does not play

Tell us the app version, your device and iOS version, what kind of file or link it was and what you saw. Please do not send the video itself.

Purchases, cancelling and refunds

Manage or cancel a subscription in Apple's subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Apple handles payments and refunds: see Apple's refund help.
